I removed the broken drawer frame assembly. After removing the various parts from the old frame and installing them on the new frame, I then installed the frame into the refrigerator and slid in the two drawers. It would have been helpful if some directions were included. I was very tentative about removing some of the parts because I was not sure how much bending and stress the plastic frame could take during the reinserting some of the parts. They all snap into the new frame but they are a very tight fit. The whole assembly has a lot of play between the two side walls of the refrigerator. The knobs that hold the frame in place are almost too short.
I am not impressed with the quality of this refrigerator . the plastic and engineering are below par for the money.
