IT'S A EASY FIX.FIRST I UNPLUGGED THE REFRIGERATOR AND THEN I JUST SNAPPED OFF THE FACE COVER AND UNSCREWED THE CONTROL BOARD, UNPLUGGED THE WIRE CONNECTIONS ,UNSCREWED THE TWO HOLDER SCREWS AND SLIDE THE CONTROL BOARD OUT AND REPLACED IT WITH THE NEW ONE THAT I RECEIVED. AND IT WORKS GREAT!
