original arm melted and would not carry water to the upper arm assembly

Removed old parts and replaced with new...very simple. BUT found we needed the support arm assembly as well which was not included in the kit above. Also, item came in a sealed bag but had two cracked parts. Turns out they are meant to be cracked. The company was great about sending another set. Not until I got the 2nd set did I realize they are meant to be cracked. It is hard plastic as opposed to the original rubber parts.This company was great on customer service. I would use them again in a minute.
