The replacement of the gasket is straightforward. Remove screws, remove old gasket, fit new gasket, replace screws. The tricky part is when the folds in the gasket from shipping prevent a tight fit against the refrigerator body. It was necessary to wedge something against the door to force the gasket flat for a couple of days until the rubber was "trained". Now it fits fine.
