The righthand rail for the deli pan broke.

I removed the shelf that supported the deli pan and unscrewed the screw that held the broken rail. After removing the broken rail, I inserted the flat tab of new rail into the provided slot on the front part of the shelf. Then I set in and tightened the screw that held the rail in place on the back of the shelf. I replaced the shelf and inserted the deli pan on the rails. The pan now easily slides in and out.
