The water actuator broke.

First I removed the 3 screws holding the front panel in place. Then removed 3 screws holding the board in place. I disconnected the bundle of wires on the left side of board to give me more room to work behind the board. There was enough slack in the water line to tilt the board down to work. I disconnect 2 screws holding the actuator in place, and disconnected it's wire harness. Put the new actuator in, and reversed the process. Took about 20 minutes. Works great.
