Broke rail when a too heavy casserole was placed on a nearby shelf and it slipped off

I am not very good at fixing things. Googled for parts and your site came up. Easy to find necessary item via nice clear pix.

I ordered part at 3:45pm on a Thursday over internet. Part arrived Saturday early afternoon. I do not know how you could get it here that fast.

Was easy to replace and it was VERY inexpensive. Thanks so much
