Black plastic latch broke during normal use. Dishwasher would not latch closed during use.

Flipped off the circuit breaker tothe dishwasher. Open the dishwasher. Unscrew the 11 screws on the inside of the door. Lift the liner. Locate the latch assemly. Unsnap the connectors attached to the wiring harnesses. Remove the old latch assembly. Snap the connectors onto the new assembly. Put the new assembly in place and replace the 11 screws beginning at the top of the door. Done. The new latch operates better than the original equipment ever did!
