You need a torq screwdriver for this repair.
I removed the 7 torq screws from the inside of the door, removed the 2 wires to the wax motor; replaced the wax motor; rewired it and then screwed the door back on. I'm not very mechanical but this was easy and saved a lot of money over having a repairman come out.
