Unplugged the power cord.
Simply used the putty knife to push the clips back that hold the control panel onto the washer top.
Unpluged the wires to the switch. Pulled the knob off the switch. Turned the switch a quarter turn and pulled it out.
Did the reverse to put it all back together.
