I first took off all the top pieces so I had access to the gas tubes I disconnected the front and rear gas tubes then removed the 6 screws holding down the bar the burners are attached to I then tipped the bar on its side sort of then using a bendable screw driver going in through the side I wasn't fixing I took out the 2 screws that hold the burner in place [ it took two people to take out the screws one to turn the screw driver and one to hold the bit in place in the screw ] you take off the burner than put on the new one just reverse the steps to reinstall. I will finish as soon as I find the little ceramic igniter piece I need
