dishwasher leaked by bottom of door

Removed door covering. Removed door (it was nice to have a helper for this as the hinges spring closed as the screws are removed). Flipped door over, leaving the wires attached. Removed the bottom seal, and put new one in. This looked like it would slide out by a side, but it actually pulls straight down. It is notched, so there isn't a way to put new one in the wrong way.
