FIRST , I TURNED THE POWER OFF, PULLED THE UNIT OUT, WHICH IS A DROP IN UNIT. I REMOVED THE SCREWS AROUND THE GLASS,REMOVED THE BROKEN GLASS. I THEN SLID THE NEW GLASS AND SCREWS BACK IN PLACE .PUT UNIT BACK , TURNED POWER ON AND THE JOB DONE IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
