I REMOVED THE TWO MOUNTING SCREWS THEN PULLED THE ELEMENT FORWARD AND DISCONNECTED THE TWO ELEMENT SCREWS.i REVERSED THE PROCESS TO INSTALL THE NEW ONE/ THIS OVEN IS OVER 30YRS OLD.
