the top of the agitator wasn't going around

first you have to remove the cover to the agitator. then you have to remove the cap over the bolt. then remove the bolt and remove the agitator. the next part was very difficult - you have to seperate the top of the agitator from the bottom. there are two little clips that i ended up heating the end of a screw driver and melting them so i could pull it off. be very careful when pulling it off some people have hit themselves in the face (me!!) remove the dogs and retaining ring and replace. then put everything back together the in reverse order. we figure it would have cost us at least $150 for someone to come and fix this - it cost a little over $20.
