The control lights were flashing, so I thought that the LV board was bad. Replaced it and that did not fix the problem. After reading about another persons comment on the same issue, I did some more trouble shooting and discovered the HV board, which is in back of the refrigerator. Four screws and the cover plate comes off, then remove the clear protective cover, and unplug the electrical connectors. The board is snaped in place by tabs, so there was a little manipulating to get it free, but came right out. Replaced the board, and then you have to program the controler to the refrigerator code. Follow the instructions and it is real easy. Except remember you have to have the refrigerator doors open. Could only take 20 minutes.
