I followed everyone's advice on this website! Unplugged it first! Removed the screws on the back panel, took the panel off. Then removed a couple of screws on the lower right part. Disconnected heating element, connected new heating element. Put the lower right part back w/2 screws. Put the panel back on with all screws. Plugged it in and Yahooo, it worked! Super Easy
