I removed the fabric softener dispenser exposing the cap. I was able to grab the "handles" and pull it out of the agitator. Then I used a long extension with a 7/16 inch socket and removed the screw and washer. With a little gentle wiggling and pulling the clothes mover lifted off. The inside of the clothes mover had a build-up of old softener and detergent which I cleaned out with an old toothbrush and hot water in the kitchen sink. I had read that the repair kit included everything you needed except for the grease. I was glad I ordered the kit because I did not realize that the thrust spacer on my machine was worn out as well. The included instructions guided me through the reassembly very well. The hardest part of the whole process was getting the screw and washer back into the hole after the clothes mover assembly was inserted into the agitator. This was an easy repair. Cleaning gunk out of the clothes mover took longer than the actual repair. I was very pleased with the delivery speed from PartSelect. The parts were exactly what I needed and now the washer is washing clothes like new again.
