the clips had broken that held a rack on the top shelf

I had to replace the clips that had broken on the top shelf of the dishwasher rack. Seamed simple, but I broke the two I originally sent for. So I ordered four more just in case I broke a few the next time. And sure enough, I broke all of those trying to get the clips into place. I will have to now send for a repair man. I also ordered a knob for my Whirlpool duet dryer. It's fine, but it is not a perfect fit, and is slightly different than the one that I had to replace.
