ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS REMOVE THE BACK PANEL AND THE ELEMENT WAS CLEARLY VISABLE. i DISCONNECTED THE WIRES KEEPING TRACK OF WHERE THEY WERE CONNECTED, SLID THE ELEMENT OUT OF THE LONG METAL CASING, THEN INSERTED THE NEW ELEMENT AND RE-CONNECTED THE WIRES. THAT'S IT! KEEP IN MIND THAT THE DRYER WAS DISCONNECTED FOR SAFETY.
