Latch handle on door broke.

I dissassembled the door assembly by removing the inner liner to gain access to the latch assembly. Once the door liner had been revoved and simply disconnecting two electrical leads the latch assembly was removed quite easily from the door. After inspecting the latch assembly I determined that the plastic latch had broken off on one side rendering the entire latch assembly inoperative. I ordered a replacement latch which arrived in 3 days by one of the common carriers. After opening the shipping container I was suprised that the entire assembly including the latch had been shipped. Having replaced the latch before due to an identical problem with the design, I was assuming a difficult time replacing the latch into the assembly. Not only was I suprised that the entire assembly was enclosed but that the replacement had been redesigned into a single assembled unit with metal vs plastic latch pivor points. With the new assembly in hand it took less than 30 minutes to replace the assembly and button up the entire job. A very pleasant suprise (thanks to the completed latch assembly) for what I had anticipated would have been a troubling repair job.
