1. FIRST I PULLED OUT THE HEATING ELEMENT FROM STOVETOP AND REMOVED OLD PAN (NO SCREWS) VERY SIMPLE.

2. PUT NEW PAN IN AND INSERTED THE HEATING ELEMENT BACK IN PLACE.
