This was the easiest, most cost effective repair I have ever made. Being a single mom with 4 kids, I was not interested in paying a service repairman a couple of hundred dollars to fix this for me. I took off the inside panel to see if it was something I thought I could repair myself. It looked like it was. I found your site and within 10 minutes I had ordered the right part and it was on its way.
Once it arrived, I removed the panel of the dishwasher and within 10 minutes had replaced the broken latch part with the one I ordered from you, put the panel back on and it was good as new! AND THE BEST PART.....IT ONLY COST ME ABOUT $29.00 total!!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!
