broken upper dishwasher rack wheels

First had to find star screw driver, removed stops to pull rack out of dishwasher; removed screws holding the part on the rack. Figured out how the lever worked that adjusted the rack and put it back together. Hard parts: find star screwdriver; put part on with the lever working to adjust the height of the rack.
