Supported the door to allow removal of lower hinge. Removed lower hinge and cam assembly....and upper cam. Separated worn out lower cam from hinge, then removed rivet which holds cam. Installed new lower cam with small nut and bolt. Replaced upper cam with existing hardware. Re-assembled lower hinge onto refrigerator.

No like new. You really need to order TWO cams.....there is an upper and lower cam that work together....both are the same part number.

I do question how to do this repair on the freezer side. The water supply line for the ice maker passes through the cam. Any insight ?
