I popped the top off the agitator assembly which exposed a sealed cap. I pulled the cap off with my fingers which exposed a 7/16 bolt head. Using an extension on my ratchet and 7/16" socket, I loosed the bolt and used a small magnet to pull the bolt out which released the agitator rotator. I assembled the kit as per instructions and inserted it into the agitator. It is important to line up the slots on the sides of the agitator. I replaced the bolt, the seam cap and agitator top. I did not use the replacement o ring as it was larger than the one that existed and would not fit. It took around 15 minutes total.
