First I removed the four screws on the top of the panels of each appliance. The panel covering swings/rotates forward and then allows you take them completely off. Next I located the switch and removed each push-on connector being sure to immediately attach it to the correspoinding connector on the new part. When all wires are connected re-seat the switch and re-attach the panel enclosure. Replace the screws on the top of the panels. The stems for the switches should be showing through the panel and then replace the knobs. Done!
