I turned off the breaker, then removed the screws. I replaced the part, and screwed it all back together. Turned on the breaker and it's like new again.
The service company wanted $75 for the part and $125 for the trip charge and labor. $200. I paid just under $30 for the part and it took about 15 minutes of my time.
