Dishes not coming clean silver ware seems to have still food on them
For model number WU701
Hi Norman,
Thank you for your question. If your dishes and silverware still appear to have food on them when a dishwasher cycle completes, You may be overfilling the dishwasher. Make sure that you are not overfilling the dishwasher and that you are properly positioning the dishes, so that when the dishwasher is on, all the dishes are sprayed with water. Also make sure that you are using the correct detergent for you dishwasher. If you are prewashing the dishes before you place them in the dishwasher, a film may build up on them. Dishwasher detergents use phosphates that react with the food on the dishes to clean them. Before using the dishwasher, run the water in the sink to make sure that it is nice and hot. There are some parts in the dishwasher that you will need to check to see which one may be causing this issue. We have included a link with some common parts that may cause this issue that you may reference for information. If you need to replace a part from the dishwasher, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
