Spin cycle stops short or not at all of complete cycle shows ol on display pamel
For model number WTW8240YW0
Hello John and thank you for writing.
It certainly sounds like it could be faulty basket hubs PS11723155, you should check for signs of damage, and replace if necessary.
OL stands for “Overload”, so in other words, the washer thinks the tub is too hard to move because it's overloaded and the motor is struggling or the unit is way out of balance causing the washer to struggle. Defective basket hubs can cause this error code.
We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Washer leaks whenever we attempt to use the 'clean washer with a fresh' cycle. It does not leak otherwise. Is there a reason this would be the case? Tia
For model number WTW8240YW0
Hello and thank you for writing.
The clean washer cycle uses a higher water level which would explain why this only happens in this cycle. This could also possibly indicate a malfunctioning rotary sensor PS11749664, you should check for signs of damage, and replace the parts as necessary. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

My fabric softener depended seems to be stop up, how do I clean it out
For model number WTW8240YW0
Hi Robert. Rinse the dispenser under hot water, working some of the fabric softener free with your fingers. Set the dispenser in a bucket add water and and laundry soap, allow the dispenser to soak for 10 mins. Rinse the dispenser under warm water, wiping gently with a soft cloth. Wipe it gently with a soft cloth if the softener does not rinse away on its own. Dry the dispenser with a fresh cloth, then put it back into position in the washing machine. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair.

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
