Does everything but spin.
For model number WSSH300G1WW
Hello Donald, Thank you for the question. One of the most common reasons a washing machine has stopped spinning is it can not drain properly due to a blocked drain pump or hose. We suggest checking the drain system for a clog or blockage. We hope this helps!

Won't start no lights showing
For model number WSSH300G1WW
Hi Charlie, thank you for your inquiry. If your washer does not start, you will need to check for a blown fuse. Check if there are melted or loose wires. A burnt-out power outlet can prevent your washer from starting. Check your door latches and door switch. If your washer door is not closed properly, it will not start. A faulty timer can also prevent the washer from starting. Please submit a new question if you have any follow-ups.

Water not coming into the tub .I cleared the filters.
For model number WSSH300G1WW
Hello and thank you for writing.
It certainly sounds like it could be a faulty water inlet valve and/or kinked or clogged hoses, you should check the part(s) for signs of damage, and replace it as needed. Please see the part links related to this question just beneath this answer. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
Removed 2 Hose clamps with pliers. Unplug power source from drain pump. Unscrew 2 mounting screws with 5/16" nut-driver then replace unit in reverse sequence...... Very simple.
after pulling pins and installing new shocks, the washer still made loud ,disturbing sounds during use. Did some more investigating, turns out the inner bearings on the drum are bad. Apparently a problem with this model. Probably why the original shocks broke in the first place.
