Freezer side works other side is not void what could be the problem

Hi Andrew, thank you for contacting us. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest replacing the damper control assembly, part number PS11749090, to solve the problem. It channels and controls the cold airflow from the freezer compartment into the refrigerator compartment. Glad to be of help!
