This is a double door dishwasher. The top washer is not draining. Does this model have 2 drain pumps. I am asking that because the bottom drawer is working good. Could that mean that the drain pump is not the issue?

Hello Rahul, thank you for your question. The dishwasher has one drain Pump PS11743087. One of the more common reasons for dishes coming out uncleaned is a clogged Spray Arm PS2366263. You can also check to see if the Filter PS2365868 is dirty or if the Soap Dispenser PS2363198 is working properly. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Fiddled around for a few minutes trying to fit the tabs in the holes. Finally figured out it just twisted to put it back on. Very simple but it looked more complicated that it was.
Simply snapped the replacement parts (4) in place by hand and a quarter turn till they locked. Problem solved - no more leaks. Now if only some one can tell me how to un-warp my Pergo floor!
I troubleshoot the heating element (very easy) and replace it then replace the Water intake solenoid. All I have to do is to unscrew the dishwater from counter top, unplug the power cod and water line. Then I took the Whirlpool Quite Partner II out and flip it down and remove water line and then replace the solenoid by removing on nut scr
