Stopped cooling & freezing
For model number GD5PHAXMS10
Hi James, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the continuity of the temperature control thermostat, part number PS11739232, and defrost thermostat, part number PS11750673. If the electrical path is present, then you may need to check the condenser fan motor, part number PS1957416, evaporator fan motor, part number PS11740362, and the compressor kit, part number PS2580805.We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

The clear plastic part the ice passes through before ice goes into your glass has come loose. I do not see any or feel any rough edges or broken parts. how does this attach? it is still attached to the arm but not attached to the ice discharge opening

The hose line that connects to the icemaker inside the freezer froze and burst. Can I replace it? If so what's the part number?

No ice
removed flap door in front of icemaker...removed 3 screws with bolt heads...removed one additional screw with bolt head and ice unit slid out. I removed motor unit (pops out no screws). Replaced and had ice within 3 hours.
