Unit wont agitate, unit will fill with water and just stop. If manually advanced to pump/spin unit will spin and pump out, lifting lid pauses spin, timer can be heard running during pumpout, no sounds when should be agitating, no motor sounds, no timer sounds. Same for all modes, whites, delicates etc.

It certainly sounds like it could be a faulty agitator itself PS418275 and drive block PS1152574 and/or possibly a malfunctioning motor PS815490 you should check the part(s) for signs of damage or test with a multimeter, and replace the part(s) as needed.
