My oven clock and the the oven cancel do not work on my Jenn-Air range. Is it possible to order the front control panel and not just the clock? I’m able to turn off the oven by hitting bake then entering 0 for the temp. Do you have parts to fix this problem?
For model number SVD48600W
Hello Debra, thank you for the question. The control panel with the keypad, part number PS11743879, and the electronic clock control board, part number PS11743858, are two different parts. First, you will need to identify which part is malfunctioning. You can test the control panel either with a multimeter or by turning the stove off, unplugging the ribbon that connects the control panel to the electronic clock control board, and turning the stove back on. If any error codes or messages appear, replace the electronic clock control board, if not then replace the control panel. Hope this helps!

Then I removed the 4 phillip head screws that were located (1 each) behind the knobs. Finally, I removed the 4 hex head screws

If you squeeze the two small tabs (one on each end of the connector), the connector moves up and spreads open to CAREFULLY remove the ribbon cable. The clock assembly has just two hex head screws holding it in place. Remove them, and reassemble everything in reverse. If you did everything correctly, you should have a very bright stove clock again!
